Trainee Therapists are usually in their final year of training to become mental health counsellors. They are under regular supervision, and have been cleared to provide individual therapy.

I view therapy as a process of self-discovery, and make room for individual differences to understand each client as a unique person. My holistic approach to healing believes in the need to balance intellect, spirit, emotions, and the body. I help my clients become conscious of their unconscious processes, and meet with their intrinsic sense of personal responsibility over their actions and choices. I am aware that therapy can feel vulnerable and difficult, and I try to build strong working alliances so my clients can be true collaborators in the process.
